RETURNS POLICY

Colour Caps returns will be accepted so long as the item has not been used, packaging has not been damaged.

Payment will be refunded to the orginal soure of payment within 5 working days of item being recieved by our returns teams. Funds will then take 5-7 working days to appear in your account.

RETURNS FOR HAIR

Due to COVID-19 we are unable to accept returns on any hair extensions. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
