Please read this information carefully as it contains important information about your rights, obligations, limitations and exclusions that apply to you.


At THE FAB HAIR COMPANY we will always do our best to match each of your exact specifications. As our extensions are 100% natural, virgin human hair and each piece comes from a separate donors, we cannot guarantee the colour or texture of the hair. We conduct extensive quality checks on each of our products before shipping out to further ensure every product sent out meet our product quality standards.

Our virgin hair extensions come in straight and deep wave curly pattern of which range between colours natural 1b,and 2 - with the exception of our 613 pre-lightened blonde extensions. As a result of this we cannot guarantee what colours we may have in stock but we will try our best to ensure that the bundles you've ordered at a time match - but this is not guaranteed. 

Please note that refunds and / or exchanges will not be issued by the dissatisfaction of a texture or colour, issues with natural tapering, split ends, shedding or concerns that are typical with natural hair products. Our extensions are of premium quality so the issues listed will rarely occur, if ever.


PAYMENT TERMS

Payment terms are always taken 100% in advance at checkout before your order is processed. We do not extend any credit/finance plans, or anything of that nature. 

We accept all major credit (excluding American Express) and debit cards. As soon as you place an order online your credit card will be charged. In the event of a return, we will only send back refunds via the same method used to purchase the item(s).

Credit card fraud and theft of our merchandise will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOUR BILLING AND POSTAL ADDRESS' MATCH. Any orders with different billing and postal address' will be put on hold, to which we will then request that you provide us proof of address in the form of government issued ID / any supporting documentation of the alternative address before your order is processed. This information must be submitted within 24hrs of placing the order. Failure to receive the necessary information will result in your order being cancelled.


COLOUR CAPS ORDER PROCESSING

Orders for all colour caps purchases will be dispatched within 1-2 working days of your date.

DELIVERY TIME:

For all UK ORDERS Please allow 1-2 working days for your items to be received by you. Fast track shipping is currently unavailable.

For all other International orders, please allow 5-7 working days for your orders to be delivered.

HAIR EXTENSIONS ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 2-3 working days to have your orders processed. You will receive email confirmation that your item(s) have been shipped with tracking provided. Orders placed on weekends will be shipped first thing Monday morning unless it is a holiday. During holiday periods, orders may take an additional 2-3 days to be processed and shipped.

DELIVERY TIME

For all UK ORDERS Please allow 5-7 working days for your items to be received by you. Fast track shipping is currently unavailable.

For orders to Europe, please allow 7-10 workings days for your order to be received.

For all other International orders, please allow 10-15 working days for your orders to be delivered.


PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

If a product is out of stock, unavailable or if we are just simply unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you immediately to see if you are interested in receiving a replacement. If a substitution is not acceptable, you may wish to terminate the sale, in which case we will refund the amount charged to you via the same method of payment you used.

BILLING ADDRESS + SHIPPING ADDRESS

At The Fab Hair Company we only send orders to the BILLING ADDRESS. If customers require a parcel to be sent to an alternate address then they would need to submit proof of their Billing Address details with their order within 24hrs from the time the order was made. We only accept ID in the form of a bank statement or Government issued ID. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

International Shipments must clear customs. The rules and requirements for customs clearance vary from country to country. It is the customer's responsibility to pay any additional taxes, fees or duties or to arrange for any permits or special paperwork that may be required. Invoices are sent with all shipments. This is the only document that will be sent with your shipment.

RETURNS POLICY

Colour Caps returns will be accepted so long as the item has not been used, packaging has not been damaged.

We are a London based company who provide premium quality, 100% Virgin and Mink Virgin hair. We quality control and carry out thorough checks to ensure every item ordered is of impeccable quality before it is shipped out to our customers.

We will only accept returns on items we feel do not adhere to our product quality standards. As this is discretionary, all products in question must be thoroughly checked at our office once returned. 

EXCHANGES/ REFUNDS - Within 7 days of receiving your order. EXCLUDING FRONTALS, CLOSURES AND FULL LACE WIGS.

For health and safety purposes as well as the Health and Safety Regulations,  you cannot return human hair products that have been used.  This includes removing the hair from the bundle. We adhere to strict policies regarding the return of hair, hygiene concerns and the law. Please return the item in its original condition and resalable condition.

- We are at liberty to reject any items of which we feel have been worn or tampered with.

- We cannot be held liable for any damage caused by colouring or bleaching as we have tested our products greatly in this department and know that our hair can take to colour and bleaching when done properly, and by a professional.

- Please note that refunds and / or exchanges will not be issued by the dissatisfaction of colour, issues with natural tapering, split ends, shedding or concerns that are typical with natural hair products. Our extensions are of premium quality so the issues listed will rarely occur, if ever.

BUNDLE DEALS RETURNS POLICY

- Exchanges can only be made for the same item in the deal (same length & texture)
- Removal of any packaging in the entire bundle deal will void the return
- Refunds can only be made on the entire bundle deal and not individual bundles

CUSTOM ORDERS

Custom orders are non-refundable or Exchangeable. Please ensure you are fully aware of what you are ordering before purchase to avoid any disappointment.

REPLACEMENTS

We take great pride in our product and it is 100% guaranteed. Since natural hair is reactive to a simple wash and deep conditioning, product issues or concerns can often be easily remedied by implementing a simple care regimen. Proper maintenance of your hair is important for the longevity of your extensions. However, if you feel you have received a defective product that is truly defective we want to hear from you! You must contact us within five (7) calendar days after receipt of the merchandise.

A customer service representative will provide the client with instructions for the return of all the products in question. Customers will be responsible for paying the costs associated with returning the item to our The Fab Hair office. If we are able to verify that the product is defective in some way, we will then change or replace the item.

If the customer selects a product in exchange for greater value, they will be responsible for paying the additional cost of the item including the cost of shipping the exchanged item / new item back to the client. 

EXCHANGES

The Fab Hair Company at its sole discretion may, exchange products or portions of a product under the following conditions:

Applications must be made within 7 business days of receiving the product (s).

Any exchange request after 7 days cut off point will not be accepted.

- We cannot be held liable for any damage caused by colouring or bleaching as we have tested our products greatly in this department and know that our hair can take to colour and bleaching when done properly, and by a professional.

- Please note that exchanges will not be issued by the dissatisfaction of colour, issues with natural tapering, split ends, shedding or concerns that are typical with natural hair products.

The product should be replaced by something of equal or greater value.

To process an exchange, the desired product would be sent back at your expense. We suggest you send through a shipping service that provides tracking information and delivery confirmation as we will not be responsible for lost packages. Once we have received your return, inspected and have deemed the item(s) as faulty/defective , we will send out an exchange/ full refund.

Shipping Delays

For your convenience it's always advisable not to wait until the last minute to place your order. If you have a deadline, hair appointment or other engagement, it is always wise to order far enough in advance to allow for unanticipated delays. We will give you a delivery estimate when you place your order based on the information we receive from our warehouse on behalf of RoyalMail. We are not responsible for late shipments due to increment weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. We entrust RoyalMail to deliver your package on time. If your package is delayed we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges.

LOST / DELAYED PARCELS

All parcels in the UK are sent via Royal Mail and parcels sent overseas are sent via Fedex. Beyond Hair is not responsible for any missing or delayed parcels due to the negligence of the couriers we use. In any rare case that a parcel is missing or lost, you would need to wait for 30 days before we can make a claim to the shipping companies. Only when a claim has been submitted, will The Fab Hair Company be able to reimburse your full order total or send another parcel out to you. 

FAILED DELIVERIES / REFUSED SHIPMENTS / INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of shipment delays. Check the address information on your order. Make sure you have included ALL the information (address, flat number, etc.) needed to deliver your package. Your order will be shipped via RoyalMail to the address you provide. It is extremely important that you give us the most accurate and complete information possible. Please note - if your parcel is signed for by someone other than yourself at your address, we will not be held liable as our duty is to deliver to your address. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS.

If a shipment is returned to us due to a bad address you will be responsible for additional shipping charges. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS.

POLICY CHANGES

The Fab Hair Company, reserves the right at our discretion to make changes to prices, policies and procedures. Please check this page periodically for changes.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

The Fab Hair Company, does not accept liability beyond the remedies set forth herein, including any liability for products not being available for, or the provision of services and support. The Fab Hair Company will not be liable for consequential, special, indirect or punitive damages even if advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any third party except as expressly provided herein. This limitation of liability applies both to products and services. Customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of products, The Fab Hair Company is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate amount paid by customer for the purchase of products under this agreement. Customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of services not bundled with products under this agreement, The Fab Hair Company is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by customer for the purchase of services under this agreement.

COPYRIGHTS + PRIVACY POLICY

Images of people or places displayed on the The Fab Hair Company’s site are either the property of, or used with permission by, The Fab Hair Company . Use of these images by you or other third parties is prohibited unless expressly permitted in the Terms of Use or elsewhere on the The Fab Hair Company site. Any unauthorised use of these images may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, the laws of privacy and publicity, and other applicable regulations and statutes. Any product, service, program or technology described in any document published by The Fab Hair Company on this site may be the subject of other intellectual property rights owned by The Fab Hair Company. Any such right that is not expressly licensed hereunder is reserved by The Fab Hair Company.

PRIZES + COMPENSATION

Any purchases made at trade shows, or received as prizes or for compensatory purposes are not permitted to be exchanged or returned. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Delivery charges are applicable for all coupon code users. Please do not select the free delivery option as your order will not be processed. Coupon codes are not to be used in conjunction with any other coupon codes or special offers.
